Free trial
If your clinic has a free trial you can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
Subscription fees
Subscription fees are charged for the plan period you choose. Fees already paid for a started period are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error or the service was unavailable for a long period, contact us and we will review your case and refund where appropriate.
Cancelling
You can choose not to renew. Your clinic stays active until the end of the paid period, then becomes read-only so you can still view and print past records.
