The service
Clinic Billing provides online billing software on a subscription basis. Features depend on your plan.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secret.
- The clinic owner is responsible for the users they add and the permissions they give.
- You must give correct information.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the system, try to access other clinics' data, or use it for anything unlawful.
Subscription and payment
Access continues while your subscription is active. After it ends there may be a grace period, after which the clinic becomes read-only until renewed.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store your patients' information.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
